Wellness Catering

Food and drink designed to support how people feel, for corporate away days, retreats and private gatherings. Seasonal, considered and shaped around the group, the setting and what the day is meant to achieve.

Food Designed Around the Seasons

Menus follow the year closely. Warming, grounding dishes through the colder months, lighter and more cooling food as the weather turns, always built on produce at its best.

Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, prepared simply, and served in a way that feels generous rather than restrictive. Wellness food should be something people look forward to.

Ayurvedic Menus

For groups who want it, menus can be built around Ayurvedic principles and the three doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

In practice this shapes how a menu is balanced across the day. Warming spices, grounding grains and slow cooked dishes for Vata. Cooling, calming food with less heat for Pitta. Lighter, more stimulating dishes for Kapha. Groups can be catered for as a whole, or individuals can choose according to their own constitution.

It is an approach to building a menu rather than a prescription, and it works well as part of a wider wellbeing day.

Plant Based, Where It Suits

Our plant based menus stand entirely on their own. Soulful fusion food inspired globally and sourced locally, from brain food bowls and nourishing broths to sharing feasts full of spice, colour and comfort.

Kitchari bowls, macrobiotic poke, spiced falafel with soya labneh and dukkah, miso broth with wakame and silken tofu, beetroot hummus with harissa and black sesame. Groups can go fully plant based, or plant led with a few dishes alongside.

Drinks to Match

Drinks are designed as part of the menu rather than an afterthought. Botanical broths and infusions, Lion's Mane coffee, turmeric lattes, wellness shots, adaptogenic tonics, herbal teas and natural elixirs.

Where a gathering calls for something celebratory, we serve low and no alcohol options that feel like an occasion in their own right.

Creative Canapé Making Workshop

Creative and Interactive Workshops

Food is often better when people take part in making it.

Alongside the catering we run hands on sessions built around the group — cooking and preparation workshops, guided tastings, and creative sessions that give a day some shape beyond sitting and eating. These can be gentle and reflective, or busy and sociable, depending on what the group needs.

Free Spirit Hot Buffet

In Partnership with Free Spirit

For fuller experiences we work with Free Spirit, a luxury wellness events company, bringing movement, mind and food together as one day rather than several separate bookings.

That can include yoga, fitness, breathwork, meditation, sound baths and martial arts, alongside nutrition sessions, team visioning, Ayurvedic guidance and creative workshops. We handle the food and drink, Free Spirit shapes the rest, and the two are planned together from the start.

Corporate Away Days

Away days work best when they suit the people in the room.

We can design a day around your own office, working with the space you already have and transforming it for the day, which keeps things simple and costs down. Alternatively we can source a venue across London and the South East, from light filled studios to heritage houses set within their own grounds.

Either way the food is timed around the programme, so energy holds through the afternoon and the sessions land as intended. This suits leadership days, team resets, strategy sessions and company offsites.

Private Gatherings

Wellness days are not only for companies.

We cater retreats, milestone birthdays, yoga and mindfulness gatherings, family weekends and the increasingly popular zen-do — a calmer, more restorative alternative to a hen weekend, built around good food, movement and time together rather than a schedule of activities.

We also cater post wedding wellness days, where guests staying on are looked after with nourishing food, gentle movement and a slower pace the morning after.
