We cater for working lunches, charity gala dinners, conferences, AGMs, product launches, awards ceremonies, office parties and corporate events of all sizes, as well as private celebrations, Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and wakes. From simple drop-off catering to fully styled and staffed events, everything is delivered with the same care and attention.

PenniBlack is grounded in three principles: seasonal produce, responsible sourcing and low-impact practices. Menus evolve with the time of year and are shaped to suit the setting, the brief and the atmosphere of each event.
The food is vibrant, generous and visually assured — sometimes bold, sometimes simple and refined, always right for the occasion. Presentation is led by the style of the event, from clean and minimal to more expressive, ensuring the whole table feels cohesive. Dishes are created to be enjoyed in the moment and remembered long after the event.
