Strawberry Star Office Launch
PenniBlack were contracted by Strawberry Star to manage the launch event for 175 guests at their new offices based in Vauxhall, London.
Fantastic up lighting transformed this amazing space, with shades of reds and pinkish shimmers to make the company brand stand out amongst all the tall greenery!
The 20 strong team of PenniBlack staff pulled the whole event together on the night! All dressed in Black – with the addition of Strawberry coloured aprons to compliment the brand.
We also provided a photographer who captured all action on the evening!
Event Menu
Canapés
- Seared Venison, whipped rosemary creme, slow dried cherry, on a rye wafer.
- Seared tuna, toasted sesame seeds, wasabi caviar.
- Rice paper roll, shitake mushroom, ginger, and vermicelli.
- Parmesan and paprika shortbread, spiced butternut maple mousse, candied chilli.
Premium Bowl Food
- Slow cooked lamb shoulder, harissa, mint yoghurt.
- Confit duck medallions, sauté Brussel tops, pomegranate sauce.
- Panko crumbed cod bites, sticky rice, katsu curry sauce.
- Chunky chickpea falafel, warm flat bread, hummus, tabbouleh & harissa.
- Crispy vegetable spring roll, black bean glazed pak choi, sweet chilli dip.
- Root vegetable and taleggio arancini, spicy tomato and red pepper chutney, fried lotus crisp.
Canapé Desserts
- Mini strawberry cupcakes with slice of strawberry on the top.
- Rocky road chocolate brownie with raspberry crunch.

- Champagne Andre Roger Grand Cru Grand Reserve, Ay, France.
- Sancerre ‘Les Blancs Gateaux’ 2016, Dom Tinel-Blondelet, France.
- Chateau de Gironville 2011, Haut Medoc, Bordeaux, France.
We recently used PenniBlack`s services for our new office launch and I would highly recommend them. Our Events Manager Emma Jordan helped us plan the whole event extremely professionally to tight deadlines, advising on the menu, special dietary requirements, outsourcing lighting and photography etc.
