PenniBlack delivered a relaxed and fun barbecue for independence day for our long term clients WSGR in Russel Square for 350 people … and the rain held off!

- Flame grilled steak burger, toasted brioche bap, vintage cheddar, tomato relish.
- American style hot dogs, crispy onions, American mustard.
- Portabella mushroom, white truffle, rosemary, sea salt. (Vegan)
Sides
- Colourful pickled slaw / summer salad. (Vegan)
- Jersey royals, spring onions, chive mayonnaise.
- Roasted Mediterranean vegetable salad, basil oil.
- Complimentary bread rolls & home-made butter.
Desserts
- Vegan homemade chocolate cookies.
- Traditional Apple hand pies.
- Selection of red, white & blue mini donuts.
Your team were absolutely magnificent. Raquel did a stellar job of leading the troops, and the whole crew had a can-do attitude – all in the service of improving our guests’ experience. The attention to detail was not lost on our attendees. The food was delicious. Those with special dietaries appreciated the GF and vegan choices. And I personally appreciate the Oscar Mayer hot dogs (my favourites – I ate 4).
