Indaver Rivenhall Launch
PenniBlack delivered the catering and full furniture set up for the Indaver Rivenhall launch, welcoming more than 250 guests to a summer event in the English countryside.
On a sunny Thursday in June, guests enjoyed a selection of seasonal canapés and bowl food, alongside a drinks service, hydration station, and tea and coffee station.
The outdoor setting was complemented by carefully considered furniture and layout, creating a relaxed and welcoming space for guests to enjoy the event.
With sustainability at the heart of the experience, the event focused on seasonal, locally sourced food and beverages, bringing together thoughtful catering, considered design and a beautiful summer setting.

Design and style
For the outdoor space, we wanted to capture the feeling of a relaxed English summer garden. Comfortable bamboo sofas and wicker chairs were arranged into informal lounge areas beneath parasols, creating inviting spaces for guests to unwind and connect. Fresh lavender, roses and geraniums adorned each table, while olive trees and potted herbs brought the surrounding countryside into the event.
Sustainability was woven throughout the styling, with reclaimed wooden boards, woven willow trays and natural serving pieces used to present the food. Soft greens, warm timber tones and seasonal flowers created a fresh, elegant palette that felt both luxurious and effortless, perfectly complementing the locally sourced menu and celebrating the beauty of the British countryside.
