Ferblanc Fundraising Ball
The Ferblanc Ball was amazing! A winter garden theme in a stretch tent with a red and gold colour scheme, all lit up with beautiful tree lights, platters styled using recycled bark, wood logs, foliage, and sparkling lights.
On arrival colourful shots of vibrant red raspberry vodka, or Kir Royale, creative canapés presented on homemade bark platters - grilled courgette roll with autumn vegetables, matcha tea blini with beetroot salmon and caviar, turmeric croutes with seared beef and parmesan crisps.
Guests sat down to sharing platters of edible gardens - baby veg crudités in plant pots, egg shells filled with pumpkin mousse and truffle foam, toasted ficelle, chargrilled mezzo platters, tapenade and more.
For the main, sharing platters of melt in the mouth beef brisket, wild mushroom Wellington, roasted roots, autumn veg, Yorkshire puds, cauliflower cheese. A feast for kings!
Then for pudding was a sharing feast of delectable tiny treats. Mini dessert pots of panacotta and berry compote, assorted handmade truffles, mince pies, brownies … and all accompanied by tiny shots of espresso martini. Who could ask for more?
The ball was a hit with the guests, with feedback such as The party of the century
