Classic Vegan Mango Margarita Mocktail

All you need is:

  • ½ a cup of fresh mango puree (1-2 mangos)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • A few lemon wedges
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Mix the lime juice and sugar syrup together with the mango puree, add a little bit of water and stir well. Then to prepare your glasses, rub the lemon wedge on the rim of each glass and sip the rim of the glass into sugar. Add some ice cubes and pour in your mango margarita. Garnish with the mint leaves and there you have your Classic Vegan Mango Margarita Mocktail.

Virgin Banana Daiquiri

This recipe couldn’t be easier and is the perfect cooling virgin cocktail. It’s also sugar-free so can be served to both adults and children.

All you need for this frosty tropical mocktail is:

  • 2 Medium-Sized Ripe Bananas (cut in chunks)
  • 2 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water
  • 6 Large Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a slushy like liquid. Then pour into your glasses and finish off with a slice of lime.

Pineapple Mojito Mocktail

This exotic mocktail recipe is fresh, sweet and satisfying. It’s designed to quench your thirst and with just three ingredients you can be refreshed in no time. This mocktail can be drunk at any time of the day and can be a healthy drink for the kids as well.

You’ll need:

  • Pineapple Juice
  • Lemon juice
  • Mint leaves

All you need to do is mix the lemon and pineapple juice together, then take a glass and add 4 ice cubes and the crushed mint leaves, pour the juice into the glass and there you have your Pineapple Mojito Mocktail.

Why not spice up your Veganuary with a mock Sangria? This Spanish beverage always goes down a treat and even as a non-alcoholic cocktail wins the guests over every time.

Not only is it vegan but it’s also gluten-free, dairy-free, fat-free and paleo-friendly. The fruit adds plenty of natural sweetness and creates a refreshing and healthy drink that’s suitable for everyone.

To make your super Sangria you’ll need:

  • Mixed chopped fruit
  • 120ml red grape juice
  • 120ml cranberry juice
  • 120ml orange juice
  • 360ml carbonated water/soda water

This drink is effortless, all you need to do is add the chopped fruit to a large jug, then pour the juice and soda water on top and gently stir everything together. Serve straight away and enjoy.
