First we work with you to design a menu to suit your taste, budget and requirements, depending on whether you are opting for canapé or bowl food, a wedding buffet or a sit down dinner.

We then arrange a meeting, along with a food and perhaps a wine tasting to ensure you get exactly what you envisaged. Following that, a site visit is necessary, to go over the layout, check the facilities and meet the venue manager.

Penni Black also offer a number of additional services from helping to find the right venue or marquee company, providing friendly and efficient staff, suggesting a cake maker, a florist, and also supplying equipment and linen to suit your colour scheme.
