- Vol au vents with wild mushroom, tarragon and crème fraiche
- Vol au vents with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, mozzarella and olives
- Filo tart with sun blushed tomatoes, roasted peppers, feta and basil, with reduced balsamic and basil olive oil on a bed of mixed leaves
- Thai Spiced Chicken on a lemongrass skewer with and oriental salad and sweet chilli sauce.
- Chicken Satay
- Filo tart with quails eggs, smoked salmon, sautéed leeks and hollandaise.
- Spinach roulade with cream cheese and roasted peppers.
- Char grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
- Smoked Salmon Parcel filled with crab and prawn mousse, with rocket, lemon & dill
Main Courses
- Char grilled Chicken salad with a lemon and tarragon mayonnaise, white rice and toasted pine nuts.
- Chicken filled with sun blushed tomatoes, basil and feta, wrapped in pancetta, and topped with roasted peppers. Served with a baby leaf salad.
- Honey and Cajun spiced chicken, caramelised red onion marmalade, spinach salad, and new potato salad.
- Sliced fillet of lamb with a Dijon tarragon mayonnaise, baby vegetable and new potato salad.
- Lamb Skewers with roasted peppers and red onions, on a bed of Mediterranean cous cous, gourmet salad and yoghurt, mint, coriander, lemon and cucumber dip - £5.00.
- Seared strips of fillet steak, with rocket, cherry tomato, shaved parmesan and balsamic dressing.
- Smoked Duck, Watermelon and Watercress Salad
- Seared sirloin in a teriyaki marinade with noodles and oriental vegetables.
- Sliced rare roast beef in a Yorkshire pudding with horseradish cream, with lambs lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Salt crusted salmon with a lemon and dill crème fraiche, on a watercress salad, topped with roasted peppers, served with new potato salad.
- Seared sesame tuna steak with a soy mirin marinade, served with an oriental vegetable salad and coconut rice.
- Char grilled pepper, red onion, and cherry tomato and haloumi skewers served with Mediterranean cous cous.
