Penni Black Catering Services was asked by The Liquid Way to provide catering and service for their launch of New Street Square, a shopping parade in New Fetter Lane, London. We were asked to cater for 750 guests, but on the day they estimate the the number was closer to 3000 attendees, our biggest function yet, luckily Penni Black had a plan B.
The event was an absolute success with guests enjoying winter warmers like our boxes of winter beef stew and hot pumpkin soup with crème fraiche, chive snippets, and a char grilled ciabatta. Our service staff were also serving up a selection of wines, hot mulled wine and virgin cocktails.
