- Partridge, Pheasant Pigeon and Grouse Stack topped with crispy leek and carrot matchsticks, caramelised carrot and parsnip Jenga, fondant potatoes, shallot and madeira Jus.
- Turkey filled with Sage Sausage and Onion wrapped in crispy pancetta, baby carrots, green beans, maple syrup parsnips, fondant potatoes, shallot and madeira jus.
