An exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a successful and fast growing external events catering company. We cover a range of hospitality services from canapé parties, BBQ’s, corporate luncheons, fine dining and weddings. We are offering full time position with varied working hours across the week and weekends.

We are looking for someone with the ability to take overall charge of the kitchen. This requires the following experience:

• Managing hygiene and cleaning rotas to a high standard
• Dealing directly and ordering from preferred suppliers
• Taking responsibility for other more junior team members
• Working under pressure to tight time scales
• Stock taking
• Managing food and staffing budgets
• Having a customer focus and providing seamless service
• Managing gross profits and controlling costs, for example providing sample menus showing gross profits.

Most importantly we want someone who is self motivated and keen to continually develop their skills so that we can stay ahead in the industry. Our food not only has to taste great but must be innovative and beautifully presented too.

Basic, plus performance related pay.

We are currently recruiting for experienced waiters, waitresses and bartenders to work for us on a self employed basis. We cater for a wide range of events including private parties, corporate functions, fine dining and weddings across London and the Home Counties. We offer varied shifts including week days, weekends and evenings.

We are looking for strong candidates with previous experience, who are fluent in English and a good team player. It is essential that you are well presented and have friendly yet professional attitude.
