Ginger Bread & Gluhwein
Adidas opened its doors to the public on the 1st of December for an in store event organised by Four23, who transformed the store in Covent garden to resemble that of a Bavarian lodge. From the front covered in rustic wood, to the smell of Ginger bread and mulled gluhwein wafting up the stairs, to the Angelic Gospel Choir singing.
Inspiration Awards for Women 2011
Canapés
Penni Black were chosen to cater for the Inspiration Awards for Women 2011. This was a wonderful event for such a worthy cause supporting 'Break through Breast Cancer', and included some moving speeches by truly inspirational women.
ECA International 40th Anniversary
Themed Canapés, Cocktails & Champagne
ECA International invited a variety of colleagues and clients to their 40th Anniversary party on the 29th of September. Penni Black were given the task of not only providing the food but also full theming and event management.
Canapes and Sushi across 3 locations
Selected guests were invited to preview the latest car in the fine Lexus range, at not just one showroom but three in and around London. The new Lexus is dubbed "The world’s first luxury compact hybrid" and the advertising campaign features the beautiful Kylie Minogue.
Mercedes C Class Product Launch

The launch of the new Mercedes 'C' Class saw motor enthusiasts checking under bonnets and boots at five prestigious showrooms around London and Greater London. Logistically, it was very busy sorting out platters, canapés, drinks and staff and sending it off in the vans to arrive simultaneously at all showrooms.
Fairline at The London Boat Show 2011 @ Excel, London
Sushi for 300 Guests
Penni Black were asked to provide the catering for Fairline at the annual London Boat Show at the Excel centre, London. We drafted in a top sushi chef to make the sushi on site displaying it on one of our ice bars. Penni Black staff got with the Japanese theme by wearing Japanese jackets and served the sushi in true oriental style.
Joint 30th & 60th Birthday Party @ St Stephens, London
Canapés & Bowl Food for 70 Guests & Seated Dinner for 130 Guests
Penni Black was tasked in creating a joint 60th and 30th birthday party at St Stephens; each in its own distinct style. For the 60th birthday celebration we were asked to provide a sit down dinner for 130 guests whilst a consecutive 30th birthday celebration would take place providing a canapé and bowl reception for 70 guests.
PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association)

PATA wanted to host a unique travel trade evening to promote travel and tourism in the Pacific Asia region which included Australia, Cook Islands, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau, Philippines and more. PATA contacted Penni Black to provide a taste experience to reflect the diverse collection of countries for 300 guests.

Seafood Ice Bar for 150 Guests
Comedy Central wanted to host a unique party so they called on Penni Black to provide a seafood experience for 150 guests at Soho’s trendy club 24:London. The Penni Black styling team set to work to create an event to remember. We went for a magnificent seafood bar carved from ice.

Penni Black Catering Services were asked to cater for the opening of the New Fetter Lane shopping square. We were asked to cater for around 750 people ... on the day it was estimated that they received over 3,000 attendees for this frosty opening ceremony.
Flight International Magazine @ Farnborough Airshow
Breakfast & Lunch Buffets for 400 Guests
As leaders in their industry Flight International magazine had to portray the right image at Farnborough International Airshow. Their corporate hospitality chalet was in prime position at the centre of the runway and they chose Penni Black as their caterers for the duration of the airshow.
Mash Media Awards 2009 @ IndigO2 in the O2
Canapés & Bowl Food for 550 Guests
After our success at the 2008 awards Penni Black were delighted to be awarded the catering contract for The Exhibition News Awards 2009. This year was bigger and better with 550 guests at IndigO2 in the O2. Service had to be slick and quick with the crème de la crème of the events and exhibition industry.

A Formal Dinner for 250 Guests
The Black and White Ball was held in aid of cancer research for 250 guests. The evening commenced with champagne and canapés, followed by a four course gourmet meal.
England vs Ireland @ Twickenham, London
All Day Tailgate Catering for 35 Guests
We were asked to cater for a vip corporate event at Twickenham for the England Ireland rugby match. The brief was to serve hot and cold English and Irish themed food and drink from the back of a car, for 35 guests, for the whole day. There are many rules at Twickenham, Vans are not allowed, signed vehicles are not allowed, no gazebos or awnings, no gas or flamed heating appliances or any sort. This was a tricky request and the Penni Black team got to work.
