Fillet of lamb with a herb crust, caramelised shallot and port jus, Potato and celeriac rosti, glazed baby carrots and green beans
Or
Potato and celeriac rosti cake, topped with a duxelle of wild mushrooms, crème fraiche and chives, served with a port reduction.

Dessert
White and dark chocolate mousse, topped with a caramel hazelnut spier
