The Black and White Ball was held in aid of cancer research for 250 guests. The evening commenced with champagne and canapés, followed by a four course gourmet meal.
The whole event was a huge success raising a substantial amount for the charity, the guests had a fabulous time.

Starters
- Seared Tuna Wasabi with a double dressing of sweet soy, and coriander sesame oil, served on a bed of frisee lettuce
- Sun blushed tomato, feta and basil filo tartlet with a basil pesto and a reduced balsamic dressing
Main Course
- Fillet of lamb with a herb crust, caramelised shallot and port jus, Potato and celeriac rosti, glazed baby carrots and green beans
- Potato and celeriac rosti cake topped with a duxelle of wild mushrooms, crème fraiche and chives, served with a port reduction.
Dessert
- White and dark chocolate mousse topped with a caramel hazelnut spier (served in a martini glass)
- Coffee and truffles
