Penni Black was tasked in creating a joint 60th and 30th birthday party at St Stephens; each in its own distinct style. For the 60th birthday celebration we were asked to provide a sit down dinner for 130 guests whilst a consecutive 30th birthday celebration would take place providing a canapé and bowl reception for 70 guests.
St Stephens was transformed by the Penni Black design team to create two separate spaces for one large celebration.
- Starter - Smoked Salmon and Leek birds Nest with Quails Eggs and Hollandaise.
- Main - Red Snapper with sautéed new potatoes, sun-blush tomato and red cabbage.
