PATA wanted to host a unique travel trade evening to promote travel and tourism in the Pacific Asia region which included Australia, Cook Islands, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau, Philippines and more. Penni Black worked in conjunction with Elevations to provide a taste experience to reflect the diverse collection of countries for 300 guests.
The Penni Black team set to work to creating themed food and drinks for the different counties which delighted the guests and tourism boards alike.
