Penni Black was asked to cater for Flight International Magazine at the Farnborough International Airshow for four days. We were tasked to provide daily buffet breakfasts, lunches and refreshments.
As leaders in their industry Flight International magazine had to portray the right image at Farnborough International Airshow 2008. Their corporate hospitality chalet was in prime position at the centre of the runway and they chose Penni Black as their caterers.
They opted for a bistro style setting and required quality food impeccably served. It required an experienced caterer to deliver this despite never knowing how many people would walk though the door. Penni Black kept high standards throughout serving up to 160 lunches daily from a tiny kitchen in soaring temperatures and exceeded their expectations.
